More orders from Amazon
This week has flown by and the number of Amazon orders has definitely outstripped the orders from the website. I can't help wondering what would happen if I had a few thousand pounds to spend on advertising!
On one of my trips to the Post Office I was presented with a leaflet of the new postage rates which come into effect from the 6th of April and it came as no surprise to discover that they will be increasing. Still, I'm always so impressed that I can take a parcel to the Post Office at five o'clock in the afternoon and it's delivered to the customer, hundreds of miles away, the very next morning. I think that's brilliant - and really helps me to maintain a high level of customer service. It would be really frustrating to pull out all the stops to get the orders out as quickly as possible, only to have them take days to be delivered. So thank you Royal Mail - your rate increase is fine by me!
