Terms and Conditions

1. Participants in the Promotion must be resident in the UK and be aged 18 or over. Participants may be required to produce evidence of identity and age.
2. Every time a participant votes on the Bibby Financial Services Livebusiness website www.live-business.co.uk for the business entrepreneur they feel should win the Livebusiness growth challenge, they will receive one entry into the prize draw to also win access to the same mentor team.
3. Only one entry per email address and household per day.
4. Participants may only vote once per day, but are able to vote every day during the Promotion period so as to accrue more votes into the prize draw.
5. Employees of Bibby Financial Services and their immediate families, its agents, certain Bibby Financial Services contractors and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
6. This Promotion will be available via Bibby Financial Services Livebusiness website: www.live-business.co.uk.
7. The Promotion starts on 30/10/08 and finishes on 27/03/09 inclusive. All entries must be received by 26/03/09.
8. One winner of the mentor team will be drawn randomly under independent supervision from all online entries received.
9. The winner will be notified by email by 10/04/09.
10. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize.
11. Information detailing this Promotion is on display at www.live-business.co.uk, participation instructions in that information will form part of these terms and conditions.
12. If the winner has not responded to notification of winning the prize by 17/04/09 a new replacement prizewinner will be drawn.
13. No purchase necessary.
14. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties are strictly forbidden and will not be accepted.
15. The winner's name and county will be displayed on www.live-business.co.uk by 24/04/09.

Mentor team

1. The prize of the mentor team is available to both the business entrepreneur that wins the Livebusiness growth challenge and also to one visitor to the site. Therefore, the growth challenge winner and also one voter, will both have access to the mentor team. The prize of a mentor team comprises of 4 mentors who will each provide one consultation meeting of one hour minimum during the time period 18/05/09 to 18/12/09.
2. The mentor sessions if not taken during this period will expire after this point, unless agreed by all parties.
3. The mentors who comprise the mentor team are subject to change at the promoter's discretion.
   
4. The four mentor meetings will be arranged at times and locations mutually convenient to the mentor and prizewinner. 
5. All travel expenses and meeting expenses are excluded from the prize and must be covered by the prizewinner for his/her travel to the mentor meeting. If the mentor meeting is held over lunch this subsistence cost will be covered by the mentor.
6. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the stated prize.
7. No correspondence will be entered into and the judge's decision is final.
